After doing so much today, you can just feel the numbness in your muscle while your body lays reluctantly in the most comfortable manner. Though inside you know that you are not just physically drained. You are not worn out by the chores and mental stress. Something is reappearing in your mind that causes your muscle to stop reacting. It could be memorial of a bruised heart or a lost soul. But whatever it is, only you could know. Tears start rolling down your cheeks but you don't know why. You are being haunted by your past that cut your soul in many pieces. And now, as you try to start anew, you feel like destiny's making its turn. At this very moment, these pieces are gradually being placed back to where they are supposed to be. But as you try to put the puzzle together, it is still more likely to have your soft and vulnerable heart wounded with the sharp edges of the puzzle. Some uncontrollable instances that will make you dwell on it once again bringing back all the pain and hatred. You won't try to fight hard for it will consume your entire being and exhaust your deepest soul. Then apathy comes in. Everything will look gray. Bliss will be unfelt. Flashbacks begin to growl at the back of your head. As if it happened just a few seconds back. Then everything's fresh. Pain is good. Torture is felt. Anxiety kills, only if you let it. |
